A hint: From Wikipedia: The livre ... was subdivided into 20 sous (also sols), each of 12 deniers.
On the reverse of the document (Reverse-3.png) is written a calculation:
19:10
19:10
:13:4
39:13:4
Note: Nineteen, ten, thirteen, four, thirty-nine = Dix-neuf, dix, treize, quatre, trente-neuf
Translation efforts were originally discussed at this MetaFilter article. Many thanks to contributors, including Sylvestre Alquier.
